Reservations

In order to confirm a reservation, a 50 % deposit of the of the value of the total Price is required. You can pay by transfer, in pesos or in dollars.

During the high season, a 5 night mínimum stay is required. This is also the case in the July vacations and national holidays.

Our prices are in pesos and include VAT, or in US dollars and subject to change without prior notice.

  • MI Lodge accepts the following method of payment: cash, credit card or debit card. Travellers cheques are not accepted.
  • If your child is under 2 years of age, there is no additional charge.
  • If you have more children of under two years of age, one stays for free while the others have a 10% discount.
  • Children over 2 years of age must pay for an additional bed.

Payment

  • To confirm the reservation, a 50% downpayment is required. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit is received in the bank account of MILodge.
  • On Check-in, guests are expected to pay the remaining 50%.
  • Extra services will be charged at Check-out.
  • A pre-reservation has a validity of 48 hours. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the stay must be made in our current account. If the deposit does not take place within the alotted timeframe, our system automatically cancels the reservation.

IN THE CASE OF FOREIGN TOURISTS (NOT RESIDING IN CHILE), A DEPOSIT IS NOT NECESSARY, YOU SHOULD HOWEVER PROVIDE US WITH CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

Once the deposit is made, we would appreciate it if you could let us know via email, sending the electronic receipt to info@milodge.com specifying the amount deposited or transferred, the date of the transaction and the corresponding reservation, indicating if you would like a sales ticket or invoice as a receipt.

Change or Cancellation of Reservation

  • If the reservation is cancelled between the day the deposit is made and 22 days before check-in, MI Lodge will charge 10% of the sum total of the deposit which corresponds to reception and reservation expenses. The remaining amount deposited will be refunded minus the amount for reception expenses and bank/paypal comission.
  • If the reservation is cancelled 21 days before the date of check-in, MI Lodge willr refund 50% of the amount deposited.
  • If the reservation is cancelled between 15 and 20 days prior to check-in, MI Lodge will refund 25% of the amount deposited.
  • If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 prior to check-in, MI Lodge will keep 100% of the deposit.
  • No refund will be made if for any reason, the client decides not to complete their stay.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: From 4:00 pm to 11.00 pm.
  • Check-out in summer: Before 12:00 pm / Check-out in winter: Before 10:00 am.
  • All late check-outs will be billed.
